Basic Troubleshooting
If the game does not start or behaves unexpectedly, try the following:
- Close the game completely and open it again.
- Restart your device.
- Make sure you are using the latest available version of the game.
- Check that your device has enough free storage space.
If the circles are hard to tell apart, try the other theme in Settings, or drop to the two-colour difficulty.
Scores and Local Data
Each new run starts from the beginning. The game does not save an unfinished run or restore it after the game is closed.
Settings and high scores are stored locally on the device, with a separate best score for each difficulty. Uninstalling the game or clearing its application data may permanently remove this information. There is no account, so scores cannot be moved to another device.
Reporting a Problem
When contacting support, include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your device model and Android version.
- The version of Sweep Circle you are using.
- A short description of what happened and how to reproduce it.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps explain the issue.
